Come Judge!

Greetings faithful readers!

As most of you know, I’ve been helping Rainmakers, our local speech and debate club, put together this year’s NCFCA regional tournament. This event will host the top students from Alaska, California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

The event starts next Wednesday, but we need about 100 more judges! If you’re free anytime between Wednesday and Saturday, we’d love to have you join us!

For my fellow Rainmaker alumni, this is a great chance to give back, see what the club looks like today and reconnect with old club mates (and there’s free food, too!)

For those of you who have been interested in speech and debate, this is an awesome opportunity to see some of the best and brightest the league has to offer. It’s also a great recruitment tool for your friends who may be on the fence about trying speech or debate next year.
